Bulle Isochonism Spring

18 coils of 0.15mm diameter wire with two half end coils at right angles. These springs compensate for variations in battery voltage and temperature. They’re made from a copper-nickel (C-902) alloy which has a rate of thermal expansion approximately one-tenth that of carbon steel at temperatures up to 400°F (204°C).
